I've recently started listening to the memory supercharger paraliminal. Since I work in excess of > 100hr a week, I'm always on the verge of falling asleep. So far I have yet to complete one session without falling asleep uncontrollably. I always needed to set an alarm to wake me up since I would not wake up at the end of the session.
My questions is - what would be the best way for me to listen to the memory supercharger? Should I only listen to the sleep track (track 3) since I would be sleeping anyway? Or should I still listen to all 4 tracks?

I tend to fall asleep easily during meditation. Maybe you can factor the Paraliminal into a 30 minutes break at work so you can be sitting and less likely to fall asleep.
