Already as a child, i've read only books that have in some way interested me, and if i had to read a book that i didn't like, i was skipping the boring part(with no action) and scanning the paragraphs that were interesting. Wasn't that kind of Photoreading too, but without the "turning pages" part ?

In a way, yes, I would say that. Not necessarily giving it the name "PhotoReading", but you basically discovered a form of super reading and dipping/rapid reading. You may not have gone through any certain steps such as defining a purpose etc unless your purpose was to just sit down and enjoy the book. I would define it as more of a skimming technique, kind of like skittering, but without looking for specific information. If that makes sense.
