On your cat, like always, work on what you find while detecting - trust whatever shows up. At the end, it can be helpful to bring extra energy from the head down to the lower dantian.
Level Three – Spring Forest Qigong: Advanced Energy and Healing
In SFQ Level Three, taught both as a workshop and as a retreat, you will learn more powerful and advanced methods of collecting universal energy. You will also learn the advanced skills of using energy to detect serious energy blockages, borrowing energy, and how to control your energy. Long distance energy blockage detecting and healing techniques will be practiced. Workshops are scheduled through Normandale Community College.
Level Four – Spring Forest Qigong: Enlightenment
Level Four is taught both as a workshop and as a retreat and provides an even more advanced way to collect energy and techniques for spiritual healing. You will learn a meditation that is an ancient and powerful way to get rid of the blockages in the body. Workshops are scheduled through Normandale Community College.
