Hello everyone,

I have a question about fortune colors:

Will it cause ill fortune to not wear your fortune color? I am in the habit of wearing them on a daily basis. I was going through my closet, and some of my more formal (and expensive) dresses are in earth and fire colors. My fortune colors are water and metal colors. I hate to part with these dresses because some are less than one year old. Will it cause my good fortune to evaporate if I wear them?

Of course not. You need every element, and fortune colours are just not a good enough reason to part with perfectly good dresses! There are so many ways of determining fortunate colours, and Marie uses the one she has found most effective, but just the top of my head, here are some other ways: your four pillar astrological chart support colour, your personal energy number colour, your seasonal colour, your emperor star astrology colour. And that's just off the top of my head.

If you are really concerned about those, then when you wear those dresses, add a beautiful silver brooch, necklace, earrings or ornament that complements your fortune colour. With the right colour pairing the ornament will stand out even more.

Thank you so much for reply! I was very torn at the thought of letting go of the majority of my favorite dresses. Also, I forgot to include this in my last post, I was advised to cover my mirrors at night when I sleep. I had never had a problem associated with uncovered mirrors, but I have noticed for the last few days that whenever I go to bed at night, out of the blue I get this feeling that something is terribly wrong. I covered the mirrors and I did not get that feeling last night, but I noticed whenever I slept with my back facing one of my worst directions, that feeling came over me again. I'm sleeping facing my best direction, I placed a mirror across from the wall from my bed (unfortunately my bed is on the same wall as the door), I moved my night stand to cure a poison arrow, and I've done some seriouse space clearing in my bedroom. I did not notice this strange feeling until I moved the night stand. Have you, or anyone else here had this strange feeling?
