Hi, I've got a question : my teacher told us that there is no direction to PR, we can read the book from page 1 to 100 or from 100 to 1 (that's fine) but she added we can read with our book in the other direction (titles at the bottom of the page) and I have no read it in Paul Scheele's book.
As anyone an expirience to share about it ?
Thank you and sorry for my English, I'm a french speaker.

Yep, upside and turn the pages backwards!

Helps 'break' the sub-vocalization habit, a good technique.

Yes, and it works accomplishing two objectives. One you have read the book and two you did not 'sub-vocalize'.

Everything takes effort, patience and persistence. However, trying to 'believe' is not a good place to work from.
