Greetings all,

Can there be overwhelm or resistance when first listening to the paraliminals such as the overwhelm one can experience in the beginning when listening to the Holosync from Centerpointe?

This is less likely with a Paraliminal since you are guided in the listening experience by two voices.

The listening method is also more relaxed. You can give yourself more than a day to let the Paraliminal integrate for you so there is never a need to push through the overwhelm or resistance.

For some the Entrainment alone is what causes the reaction of overwhelm. If that's the case don't make it necessary to use a Paraliminal more than 3 times a week. Most Paraliminal can be used just once to start the shift you are looking for. This way getting used to the entrainment is much more relaxed.

I am, however, getting some kind of overwhelm. It's not severe but I have a feeling that my unconscious belief system is resisting the new beliefs being offered even though consciously, I want to install or create new and more resourceful beliefs.

I never read anything in the literature about listening only 2 or three times per week or even less and Learning Strategies Support doesn't respond to my emails.
