I would be really happy if somebody try to answer me. And If Anybody has tips for perfec tusing hemi-sync please also post. Thanks

Today I have purchased some CDs, they contain a technologie called Hemi - Sync.
At this moment I can tell you nothing about this kind of brain stimmulation. I just have to test it in the next day in deeply.
This technologie was developed by a company called Monroe institute.

I just write down the print on the CD :

The audio - guidance progress works by sending different sounds(tones) to each ear with stereo headphones. The two hemispheres of the brain then act in unision to "hear" a thierd signal - the difference between the two tones. This is not actual sound, but an electrical signal that can only be preceived within the brain by both brain hemispheres working together. The result is a focused, whole - brain state known as hemisoheric synchrinization or "Hemi - Sync." Different Hemi - Sync signals are used to facilitate deep relaxion, focused attention, or other desired states.

Music, verbal guidance, or spezial sound effects are combined with Hemi - Sync signals to strenghten their effectiveness.
These recordings do not contain subliminal messages. You are allways un control.

There is also a little story about the monroe institute, which says that it has developed such concepts over 40 year...

Anyway. Does anybody know something about this kind of Brian stimmulation (Hemi - Synchronization) ? Has anybody tried this before ?

And the last 2 sentences of the text make me a little bit nervous

"These recordings do not contain subliminal messages. You are allways under control."

Does paraliminal learning contain subliminal messages ? Am I able to lose Controll over my body/mind if I hear the wrong one ?

I don't know the Hemi-symc material, but I do know the paraliminals. So, jumping to your last question. There are no subliminal messages on the paraliminal tapes.

The paraliminal tapes do not contain subliminal messages, don't worry. They help your mind and body to discover excelence in you. Meditation normaly striss your mind and it's good to use paraliminals to help you on the way.
There is also simmilar solutions as Hemi-Sync available with subliminal messages that you can record on your own. These are absolutely ok and please note that sometimes companies who are offering simmilar products can put some "colour" on what is good and what is bad for you. You have made a good decision to write for this forum, everyone is happy to give advice on your personal growth.

If you are worried about subliminal influence think about this:

At any given public location, there are several conversations around you that are out of your conscious awareness. That is, they are subliminal.

Think of how much information has gone in this way and how you have always behaved normally. Just because someone was having a conversation about hamburgers just out of earshot doesn't mean you had to compulsively go out and eat hamburgers.

You've managed sub-threshold information your whole life. It isn't any big deal. You may have picked out something someone said out or earshot that had importance to you in some way and responded to it as you saw fit.

Information is out there not as a means to form your being and control your behavior, rather it is something out there for you to gather and use or discard.

Advertisers and marketers are more effective and subtle at controlling your behaviors than hemi-sync or subliminal or even hypnosis tapes ... and even then you still have choice.

It sounds like the Cd's you've selected are nice entrainment CDs. They will work well if you allow yourself to relax with them and think about positive outcomes you would like to experience with them. Since they have no messages on them you can use them with your own imagination.

I have a couple myself and use them from time to time with a Light and Sound device. I don't do it often since it cuts my need for sleep.

I tested one of the CDs yesterday, it was designed to archive a deep sleep (delta). Sounds interesting and I tried. Seems to work, I have a very intensive and long dream. So Delta stadion wasn`t archive because delta 0-4Hz shouldn`t produce dreams :-)However. Allready had have such intensive dreams before, but quite seldom. Will test it this night again, than I`m able to say more about.
Anyway, I just was so terrible tired from my working week, may this reason arhived my "deep" sleep. I will go forward using this cd over 2 Weeks and than I`m able to report more detailed results to you. If it really seem to work or not.
