Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ Spring Forest Qigong I practice another form of Qigong

Hello, I have been practicing another form of qigong from a local teaqher. I would like to learn Spring Forest in the near future but don't want to get overwhelmed.

My question is:

Are the Paraliminals for the sfq specific to only sfq?

Do they talk specifically about spring forest exercises or can i use these cds for my practice?

IMHO, I think you could use the SFQ Paraliminals for any kind of qigong practice. I have used them a bunch of times and I do not remember anything specific to SFQ (other than the name and Master Lin's voice, and the password of "I am in the Universe, etc").

LS has a very good return policy, so I would get one of them, maybe Consistent Practice, use it for a week or two and see how you feel. I like them and still use them from time to time when I need a boost.

They are motivational in nature and I think you might like them (if you like the Paraliminal technology at all. I do. Some people find the use of two voices saying different things in two different ears distracting or confusing. I find it mostly relaxing and helpful).
