Hi again,

If I am living in rented accommodation can I still do anything about the time feng shui star energy if I don't own the property? In addition I do not know when it was purchased by the landlord, when it was last completely painted outside or if and when it had a new roof or major renovations.

Actually it doesn't matter, now that you are there, it is in period 8. Obtain a compass reading of the building's front door and proceed in accordance with the period's activations and cures.
