Am I correct in thinking that SFQ is more suitable for helping physical ailments in the body as compared with psychological problems of the mind etc. Hypnotherapy and counselling may be better to treat those conditions.

Does anyone have any experience with this.

Thanks

Hi,
SFQ heals the mind as well as the body so it should help with psychological problems. However, the healing of the mind might not come as fast as you would like it to, so it is a good idea to use SFQ as a supplement to such treatments as counseling or hypnotherapy. But if you practice diligently you will notice the difference in the healing of the mind. I myself had some psychological problems in the past and SFQ definitely helped. But as I said, it is best to use as a supplement because the healing is very gradual.
