I've been practicing SFQ for 5 years now, but not so much in the last year. I'm wondering if anyone has had experience or could provide advice about whether or not SFQ could help with an ingrown toenail? I injured my toe so badly that the toenail fell off, then when it grew back, it grew back into the skin. This may be more information than is necessary, but I'll provide it anyway: Podiatrists say that it's possible that the cells that create the toenail in the rootbed have gotten slightly extended, thus expanding the root of the toenail to where it will always continue to grow into the skin and never be normal again.
My thought is that I could do sword fingers on the rootbed for 10 minutes per day for a while and see if this helps. I'm wondering if anyone has any other ideas or has tried this?

Aloha greennc,

It's about changing the information, the energy in that area or those areas affecting it.

If you have the Level Two course, remember the part about working on the "good" side's toenail first, then work on the one with the misinformation, so it can copy the other.

You can work on it a couple times a day. It doesn't have to be long, just focus on the "good" toe/nail and then bring that message and attention the the other.

Much Love,

Shawn
