I started a residency in veterinary emergency and critical care a couple of months ago. This takes a lot of time and energy and requires concentrated focus. When I get inspiration about how to make money I come up with all kinds of ideas but I am afraid of diluting my focus for my residency training which is my primary goal. (I'm also living like a poor college student again but with family/mortgage responsibilities). I have been doing the photoreading for my medical text books, and have been staying centered and balanced as far as physical health and meditation/spiritual health. I'm afraid to move forward on my money making ideas because of the time and energy it may take from my studies. (public speaking around pet loss, marketing my book on that subject, life coaching and personal training) It feels like a catch 22.

Are you asking for help? You've made plenty of statements but are not clear on what you want help on. What would be the solution to your problem?

LOL, thanks for bringing that to my attention!
What do I do with the ideas that I'm getting when I'm meditating/visualizing?
If I act on them I may get myself overextended. I'm not sure what the solution is.

My first suggestion is that you start recording it in a journal. Not all ideas are meant to be acted on. Some are for musing and others are ideas to pull in other ideas. That thought is easier to understand if you've done the Memory Optimizer course. But taking time to incubate the ideas you can put to work what you can when you are ready.

I find carrying a notebook a big help when I'm over extended. If I have too many ideas running around in my head I get overwhelmed and feel like I'm peddling backwards. I had problems with the small ones going missing, not enough space or forgetting to use it. So a legal pad is now my notebook, record book. With a smaller one for when I am on the road.

Notebooks are ideal for planning as well.
