Is the "Tangerine technique" useful during activation too .
Sorry if this a lame question .
I have just about started PR a day or 2 earlier .

Prepare - place your tangerine applies before each step. If you take a break always prepare again. Whether it's to postview, PhotoRead or activate.

Tangerine technique is useful wherever you need focused attention so it's even useful on the sports field. Try it when taking exams will be useful there too.

No question is lame. Lame is keeping quiet because you think everyone would think it's lame.

I personally think the easy way that I'm going to figure PR is by News Papers . Its got all sorts of fonts articles, that will make me feel easy & not too nervous to explore the benefits .

If you know of or can find a very positive book i would photoread the positive book instead of a newspaper. Too often the newspaper is extremely negative. You are better off processsing a positive, upbeat book instead of negative material.
