To have in your library? Both, if you can afford it.

If only one is in the budget go for Sales Leap. It's about confident communication. Good to use prior to any important presentation. I'd even recommend that one before a job interview Personal Magnetism Is and use the week before.
If I were allowed to take only one it would be Sales Leap.

What about while we sleep, will that have some impact? Do I need to listen or just hear the CD?

The Paraliminals are such that you cannot consciously listen anyway. Consider your purpose. If you can specifically say what you want to achieve I would use the Paraliminal at least one away from the sleep cycle.

Sales leap is good for presentations. Use it the day before a job interview.

Use Instantaneous Personal Magnetism during the week before the the job interview. Having them both has it's advantage.

And oh boy do I have to agree that post became scrambled. I never noticed how distracted I was by that waste paper bin walking out the door. Thanks for the heads up
