I can appreciate what you are saying.
As a participant I notice the camera seems a bit slow to track, and at the same time there isn't anything going on with the movement in or out of frame that has me wondering what I should be doing. Even at the very beginning when the camera person is cropped in too close to see the hands raising, Chunyi is letting us know that the hands are raising with palms up.
I'd definitely say it's more in the good to better range in the "Good, Better, Best" perspective.
