During session B it tells you to listen to a "chime" and mentally replay you meeting your goal.

I'm not sure if it is intended for you to willfully do this consciously or you subconscious does it whether you like it or not.

If you have to do it consciously I can imagine it being very hard because of the fact that you have to replay you going through the process of meeting your goal 30+ plus times in a very short amount of time.

Any advice/clarification is appreciated.

Let the non-conscious handle the replay. The chime, if you pick it up consciously you may choose to do it consciously. I would. If I'm not following along because I'm listening down the middle and the conscious mind is apt to miss that. I just trust it happens non-consciously.

I find Paraliminals work best when I look at the booklet before I start a listening session. Consider my listening purpose and think about the questions that are written in the booklet. Think of my purpose as I set it to play and then listen along, Paul usually asks the similar questions during the intro. Then I just let it go. When I think too much about doing it right while listening I can guarantee myself not getting as much out of it as I do when I just let go and trust my mind can guide me towards my goal.

I have one more question.

Do you reccomend listening to the intro to Session B for Automatic Pilot every single listening or that in the direction of "too much conscious effort"?

I listen to the intro of any Paraliminal every session even when I plan to use the sleep learning track on repeat and not listen to the coming out track.

The intro sets my purpose.
