I am really struggling with the inquiry process in Abundance for life. Is there not an easier methodology available that achieves the same outcome? Would EFT be a suitable substitute?

The inquiry process works best if you give yourself at least 30 minutes and do it in writing if not working with someone else asking the questions.

Using it often you start questioning your thoughts on the go. So it does get easier.
