Forums IMPORTANT: PLEASE READ Genius Code Interesting Experience

I have been experiencing flashes while in the awake-asleep limbo. They are not dreams since its just 1 image for about 300ms very clear very real and it comes with wild sound like a thunder clap or a clash of metal, the sound itself alerts me and the image becomes clear and very sharp. I get them every night now before i sleep, i enjoy them sometimes and at others they startle me (without preventing me from dosing off). As anyone else experienced this? (it started when i began a major self-improvement program i.e great diet, sleeping right, intense workouts, image streaming (attempts...read
my last post), photoreading, math puzzles, chess, long walks, braing excercises, breathing awareness, and doing all my course work on time {wow eh?}. I dont know what to make of them, but i have a feeling its about my "dark past"(unknown as well) (pyscologist told me all my past failures are a result of poor treatment as an infant). Thoughts (as always) are welcome.

p.s.- i posted this in the genius code forum because i believe it has alot to do with image streaming, and lucid dreaming increasing my awareness.

I've had the same experience as well. Although, I've learned how to use those images to my benefit. For example, when I see such a image I try to think what that particular image means to me? "Why do I see this image? Why is it significant for me to see it?." These images that you see can be used and are very powerful! In fact I used those same images to come up with a equation that would portray god if he was an alchemists. Very interesting stuff. I would definetly continue seeing them and then try using them to your advantage! Have fun!
