a. Dantian (navel)
b. Jing Gong (male)/ Kuan Yuan (female) (bladder)
c. Huiyin (perineum)
d. Chang Qiang (tail bone)
e. What's this point? (lower back)
f. Ming Men (kidney)
g. Ta Chui (spinal cord of neck)
h. Yu Zhen (base of head)
i. Bai hui (top of head)
j. Yin Tang (third eye)
k. Hsuan Chi (throat)
l. Shan Zhong (heart)

I was wondering if it is okay to skip the perineum and just exhale the energy to my tailbone? I feel like when I breath into my tailbone both areas get energized anyway and both area are so close to each other that it doesn't make sense to exhale to breath into my perineum

Yes, that is alright. Each person's energy system is unique while based upon a basic template, so do what you feel works best for yous as long as you follow the guidelines of keeping the energy flowing in a circular fashion.
