Not positive what you are asking specifically but the goal is to finish grad school - to obtain a Master's degree in education. To do that I need to be able to confidently sit down and write the assignments extremely well - and often. This is a tough program and highly exacting in their expectations.
It's the writing that is throwing a huge mental block in it for me. I go through angst every weekend when I sit down to write - often I go through the "I'm just going to quit - this is silly to be doing this to myself." stage for several hours before I finally get going with the thought "OK what do I have to do today? I might as well finish these classes, then I'll take another look at whether or not it is worth all this angst and hard work." I self talk a lot

I'm wasting a lot of valuable time. If I could confidently sit down and write from the get go I'd be better off.
I need the confidence to simply just do it AND the actual ability to write well. The confidence without the skill to do it well would not be helpful.
I have not taken a college class in 25+ years and I work with preschool / kindergarten children so writing using precise APA standards is not something I am used to / comfortable with.
