I've ordered quite a few (16 actually) of the Paraliminal CDs for myself, yet to receive them though.
1. I was wondering if my SO can use it as well, but she is not proficient in English. Is there a CD script provided that allows comprehension prior/after to listening to the CDs to help assimilation? Or perhaps some other product from LSC which fits my language criteria? I could learn them & teach my SO this way. She needs help in self-esteem issues as she experienced hurt as a child. Please advise.
2. There's something else that I would like to find out for myself. Below are some notes I took while browsing LSC forums. Please advise if there are other protocols/tips/best practices that I should follow in order to derive maximum benefit in a shorter amount of time. Much thanks 
- Track A or Track B can be used in any order, use your insight, read the CD tips
- Allow at least 20 mins gap in between any tracks
- Must have a clear sense of purpose prior to listening to any tracks, purpose can change each time
- Avoid looking over the shoulder for instant results/manifestation, always examine in hindsight
- Negative beliefs/doubts about the paraliminals must not exist, self-limiting (Auto-Pilot or Belief tracks is supposed to help with this)
- Sleep Learning Tracks : Don't sleep with the same track everyday, alternate the days, don't loop
