Hi,
I've been trying out SFQ for the last few months. I've learnt the basic exercises and have practised them a bit. I got a bit enthusiastic at first and some days managed an hour or so. However I have never managed to make it a routine for more than a few days at a time. I have relapsed but want to get back into it.....
I have some questions....
1.Would it be a better idea to try and do say 15 mins a day, than attempt too much in one session ? I hear it can take months of daily practice to get noticeable results ?
2. In the manual it mentions that each exercise has a minimum time. How important is this ? I find the 'Harmony of universal energy' a great exercise but it can be very tiring on the shoulders as it 'needs' to be done for at least 15 mins.
3. Is wearing a watch distracting ? I find it difficult to keep track of how long I spend on the exercises ? I thought maybe setting an alarm for each part might help.
4. Is it ok to do maybe 1 or 2 exercises a day rather than the whole sequence ? Does it matter if you spend more time on some exercises than than others ?
Regards
