Yes! But it really must be in the appropriate location. A location that is the water element or is enhanced by water.
I would suggest placing it in the north (career, path toward the future) with 3 fish (2 gold & one black). The second or third places you could place them are Southeast (Health, Family and New beginnings) and East (Fortune and Abundance).
