Which Paraliminal CD(s) should I listen to so I can do something again that I used to be able to do?

Specific Case:
I used to have really good relative pitch for music. Given one note, I could tell you any other note. I taught myself this using a mathematical interpretation, not with the usual musical training methods.

An instructor gave me two notes, telling me the name of the first. I told him the name of the second, and my answer was correct. It was not the answer that he expected, so my response was wrong. I became discouraged.

Teacher played a G, then the C above.
I said "C," but teacher wanted "Perfect Fourth."

I want to have this ability again. It still exists, I just want to use it again.

New History Generator would be my choice.

Once you've dealt with the negatives from that past event, try New Behavior Generator session B and use your previous success for your model.

Thank you, Alex and Grant!

I did New History Generator, Session A, after I got home from work. I started whistling during the wake up portion. Cool!

I did Session B before I went to sleep. I only played the first 3 parts so I could go straight into sleep. Not sure what to expect from Session B. Maybe I should do this one again without falling asleep.

Two more questions for popping my knuckles and picking at my finger nails.

I pop my knuckles when I'm nervous.
I pick at my nails when I'm thinking.

My guess is that I'm a kinaesthetic thinker.

Would these be New Behavior Generator or Smoke-Free?

New Behaviour Generator. You will need a habit that can satisfy the purpose behind those habits. You may be able to elimiate them but I would consider replacing them first with a habit that bothers you less. Perhaps some EFT tapping when you are nervous will satisfy the kinaesthetic learner in you?
