Depends on how you look at it.
Say you work on your diet for mental and emotional well being and the desire of being able to laugh of silly mistakes can actually fit in one project. How often do we make the silly mistake of forgetting our intention of improving our diet, added that half a teaspoon more of sugar when we intended to cut down.
Normally we get mad at ourselves. Why not laugh it off as a silly mistake. You'd naturally be in a better mental frame of mind and it adds a small bump in the road to improving your diet but doesn't have to stop you. Getting mad at yourself often does.
So looking at it like that yep you can do it in one listening. When you can see a relationship it will work fine.
You might run into trouble when you have two distinct goals that you cannot link. In that case listen with one in mind then listen for the other one, can be later that day or the next.
