What is/are the difference(s) between Automatic Pilot and Get Around To It?

Get Around to it for motivation.
Automatic Pilot for commitment.

Motivation comes first and then commitment. But they also go in cycles between the two building on each other. If a person is very motivated they'll tend to be more committed and vice versa.

A example that we are all familiar with is a relationship. We are motivated to love at first and then when choose deeper and deeper levels of commitment to a person.

A motivation is more a drive while a commitment is more a decision.

Motivation is an emotion while commitment is from your intellect.

Motivation is the starting point, commitment makes the plans.

Motivation is for the power, commitment is for the smooth ride.

Motivation is for the pull, commitment is to squelch the silly sabotaging self-talk.

Get Around To It is for the beast in us while Automatic Pilot is for the frontal lobes.

Use Get Around To It for those one off tasks that you are procastinating on. Like painting a house, sping cleaning, writing that book. Projects that are significant to you but you seem to stall on getting started.

Use Automatic Pilot for those things you want to do more consistently like exercising everyday, getting up on time rather than rushing out the door. You'll find Automatic Pilot useful for when you do do something and know what to do but are not doing it consistently to the level that you know you can be doing it. So it can be used to get your work finished on time more consistantly. It's something you've done before but not as often as you like.
