Hello,
I've just started (5 days) practicing the excercises I found on youtube (breathing of the universe, moving and joining of yin/yang) and feel definitely something. I'd like to be consistent and practice well, so I'm asking some questions...

- How long each excercise?
- All in a row, or separate is also good?
- Better one session of 30', or three of 10'?
- In breathing of universe, is breathing synchronized with movements?
- I see many talk about other meditations (Small Universe, sounds, levels). Supposedly I'm getting study sources on the SFQ website, what is good to begin with?

Thank you very much!

You should learn SFQ from dvd and cd from the basic course where all of your questions will be perferfectly answered.

Anyway
-each excercises has a different time span i would do the ones you mentioned as follows

Breathing of the universe 8\10 minutes up to 20 minutes
MOving of yin % yang for 15 miutes up to 30 minutes

i prefer sessions of 30 minutes or longer

Yes in Breathin of the universe breathing is synchronized with hand's movemente.
Other info are in the basic package for level 1
