I am a dedicated Holosync user and have experienced many benefits from that program, however, I have a deep-seated case of "white-coat syndrome" that I can't seem to shake. I am a long-time cancer survivor (leukemia) having undergone years of chemo and a bone marrow transplant (15 years ago). With that behind me, I have a difficult time going to doctor's and avoid taking medical tests because I tend to freak out waiting for the results. I continually fear that something will turn up. While I am not nearly as bad as I was - I get recommended mammograms etc. - doing anything beyond that still causes anxiety. Would someone please recommend a paraliminal or two that might help?

Thanks!

Barb

Thanks, Theone!

I was wondering whether the New History Generator would be beneficial in addition to Anxiety Free or instead of it.

the new history would be also a very good aid also.. yet I think you could find a use for any paraliminal.. to fit most anything if you thought about it.. saels lead to sell your self on the idea, of being well and strong, new option as you always have a new choice, about ever being well today or even better tomorrow. etc.
