Is there a paraliminal that works particularly well for forgiveness? It's not a specific incident that I'm looking to forgive ... more of a general attitude of forgiveness towards everyone is what I'd like to cultivate. I know there isn't a forgiveness paraliminal but I thought maybe one of the recordings addresses this nonetheless?

I recommend the new gratitude one. Being grateful for the lessons other people offer.

Combine with Letting Go and the Positive Relationships Paraliminal, if needed for specific incidences.
