I just purchased the resets and am loving them so far. Just had a couple questions:

1) how do we know when it's time to move on to the quick reset?
2) should we only listen to each reset once a day? Or is multiple times per day ok?

Thanks,

Cam

1) Once you can reset your state consistently.
2) listen with your goal in mind you can use more than one reset in a day. Just leave at least 20 minutes for integration as with all Paraliminal sessions.

Thanks Alex!

Could you expand a little on what you mean by "1) Once you can reset your state consistently" ?

Is this something that will start to happen naturally throughout the day?

Or do you mean reset consistently, using the recording?

ps... just a technical question, but how do I change my settings so that I get an email when someone responds to this thread?

Thanks!

When the sessions click each time you're resetting your state, once that happens consistently then you're ready to start with the next phase.

It will take 12 seconds to change your state in the future once you've done all the phases. It happens because you make it happen.

The Technical stuff: After posting go to the top of the thread, you should see topic options and there it should a tap with drop down that says topic options. From the drop down menu select add to watched list any topics you wish to follow when they get updated.

Make sure in your profile you've checked yes to
"By default should anything added to your Watch Lists be emailed to you?"

You can edit your profile from the my stuff drop down menu.
