I read a book that suggested modeling successful people for goals.

In regards to each of my goals I have chosen someone who I want to model.

I created a mindmap of the information from the book on the specific things to model but I feel stuck now.

There is a list of things to model. Some of them include:
Beliefs
strategy
energy
passion
physiology
communication
rapport building
clarity of values
mental syntax
handling resistance and problem solving

How do I model these different things in these models?

I made a sleep track album for each goal but don't know exactly what my goal for each listening session should be. what do you suggest?

Thank you in advance

I recommend looking in a dictionary and defining the meaning. Without meaning what you want to model is rather vague,

As written, "clarity of values" could mean, nicely drawn numbers.

However I perceive, you need to identify your values first, without doing that you won't have clarity of values.

In modelling you'll need to decide where you fall short and where you want to improve. Remember to use MASTER of goal setting.

My question is in regards to modelling (Neuro-linguistic programming).

I have set my goals, but to achieve these goals I feel its effective to model someone who has achieved them and if I model the traits in these models listed above then I can achieve these goals.

My question is, using the sleep track of several paraliminals what should my goal be?

Should I state it in general or be more specific?

Should I say I model Mr Xs Beliefs, strategy, energy, passion, physiology, communication, rapport building, clarity of values, mental syntax and handling resistance and problem solving in achieving my goal or do I need to be more specific on what does things are?

Take beliefs for example. Do I just say I have the beliefs of the person or do I specifically say what the beliefs are?

I am sorry that I am repeating myself but I tried to rephrase it in the best way I could so its clearer.

My English is not the best I am sorry.

Master of goal setting is to set smart goals

S = Specific. M = Measurable. A = Attainable/Achievable. R = Realistic. T = Time Bound. Specific.

Do you realise how meaningless those words are on their own?

If you want to change beliefs use the Belief Paraliminal. If you want to be like someone to have their magnetism use Instantaneous Personal Magnetism.

Beliefs
strategy
energy
passion
physiology
communication
rapport building
clarity of values
mental syntax

Are just words, not actions you can model. They are at best phrases that will mean something different to you than they do to anyone else.

What you seem to be asking is what is based on some personal perception that you cannot convey to others.

I would dump those phrases and get to the core of what "what I want to achieve, do, be or have"
