I need to make important activities like Qigong more pleasurable as I have to fight a lot of boredom whilst practising.

I would like to reduce craving for unhealthy junk food and improve the taste for healthy food like green vegetable.

Thanks in advance.

Two thoughts, KoDude:

1) An old eastern saying about hardship that we use in our local QiGong group...
"Pleasure and Pain are mandatory ... Suffering is optional!"

I take it to mean that moments pass, pleasant or not...and that I only suffer when I try to hold on to pleasure or push away pain.

2) A question: Is the boredom of practicing healthy habits greater or lesser than the discomfort you would feel as a consequence of unhealthy habits?

Every moment is a new choice point, with future consequences. Personaly, I choose health most of the time, and sometimes I choose fun...a good diet and lifestyle with occasional junk food etc.

Oh- PS, Natural Brilliance and Sedona both have techniques for polarities, those might help...

Funny thing about qigong... many people report that a side effect is they move away from junk food.

I suggest the Paraliminal New Option Generator. Develop a different point of view about qigong. Change the this is boring to this is interesting. Or this has so many unexpected rewards I cannot wait to see what happens next when I do it. New Options Generator will help you to find the idea that resonates with you.
