Which CD would be good for processing grief or sadness - and moving past it?

My dad died over Thanksgiving. The first week was really hard and I just let myself grieve. Then I was OK until this week. I'm very weepy this week, which is NOT like me at all and I cannot figure out what has triggered it either.

I know my dad is in a better place, etc., and all the intellect that goes with that knowledge but my feelings seem to be sad this week - no specific thoughts or memories - just sad and missing my dad.

So which CD would be good? Any of these?
I have: Self-Esteem; Health; New Behavior; New Option; Belief; New History; Prosperity; Get to it;

There is no point in rushing the grieving process. Everyone has their own timetable. This time of the year is hard for many and it makes no difference when others have moved away we think of them more so we miss them. It helps when we can remember the love and the good times and know that that energy is still there to support us.

So I suggest the Paraliminal Self-Esteem Supercharger and allow yourself to be okay with the feeling you have. Don't try to change them the more you want to stop them the more they fight to be acknowledged.

Thank you for the reply. I will use self-esteem.

Albizzia flower link

I have used this herb successfully for broken hearts & depression. It is not an expensive herb. You can get it from most Chinese Medicine shops. Buy whole (compete) flower buds, avoid broken pieces.

I wish you well.
