gecko66 Junior Member Joined: Jun 2013 Posts: 13	Hello fellow SFQ people, Firstly, blessings to all of you, especially those doing it tough. I have a question about washing hands after practice. I know Master Lin says that this is not a good idea and can deplete Qi. I'm wondering how long I need to wait? (5 mins? 30 mins?) Thanks kindly.
