Actually, two questions.

I have a goal in mind. And I know exactly the behaviors that stop me from achieving my goal .

So, do I listen to side A for each negative behavior, or can I group them all together in one listening session?

Which method yields the best results.
Grouping -- or one by one for side A?

Use a separate listening of session A for each habit that gets in your way. Then you can cover it in one listening of session B for the replacement behaviour.
