I've started to listen to the New Behavior Generator cd today and after the countdown Paul starts speaking and you start hearing voices in left and right speakers or headphones.

When this part of the cd begins my mind start to wonder and I have a hard time focusing on what he says. My mind wonders and have odd short dreams before I "wake" up and go back to the tape. Is this a beginner thing or is it suppose to happen.

i'm will use it to more easily get the PhotoReading to work. Since I've had that book for about two years and never really used it.

How often can you use the NBG cd?
If I use it for PhotoReading today can I use it for some other thing like smiling tomorrow

Yep, you sure can. For most projects once is enough. Sometimes you find other things in the way so a couple of listening may be in order.
