I am fascinated with the Solutions Focus aspect of the course. Does anyone have any success stories using this approach that they would like to share? Your input would be greatly appreciated.

The Solutions Focus makes so much sense!

Essentially, you focus on, and continue doing what worked in the past, and not spend too much time and energy analyzing what caused something to fail.

This approach generates so much of positive energy by focusing on success, rather than the reasons for failure!
