I wasn't sure where to ask about accelerated learning. I got the book because i quickly found i can't understand the listening tapes... I'm profoundly deaf.
Since I got the cochlear implant, i can hear up to two thirds of what everyone hears so that means i can listen to music and follow some words but I simply cannot get all of the words in a talking situation. My english is only so good so far. but I would like to catch up with you guys instead of sticking to the 'unemployment' section if you know what I mean.
Can anyone suggest a musical, non talking alternate to Accelerated Learning? And by the way, I'm 50 %visual, 40% kinaesthetic and the rest auditory. I LOVE listening to pop music and 'natural music' like "Dolphin Dance" or "Outback sounds".
