Okay, here's my thinking on this. Intelligence is the degree and quality of choices available to a system, say, a human, jungle, or industry. For me, if it moves energy and information around, it's intelligent (I don't know if you'd call most humans, jungles, or industries conscious, though). If it moves more information, then it's more intelligent.

So, with this in mind, I've got a few approaches which seem to increase choices and intelligence most significantly.

Photoreading, syntopic reading and direct activation.

The other main means I know to extend intelligence is through developing the mind through university studies.

The final way to increase intelligence is through aerobic and anaerobic exercise feldenkrais and chi gung.

It seems unlikely looking at it now, but I have basically made these things the centre of my life. I believe that if you are ten times smarter, then the solutions you come up with will be ten times better. Intelligence increase is the most important lever to create the live I want, and solve problems, that I can imagine.

I am keen to hear about any other suggestions, ideas?
