Is anyone familar with Jack M. Zufelt, he comes from the school of thought that affirmations, positive thinking, goal setting does not work. He seems to advocate something call finding the core desires. I have heard his name mentioned in the past but I never inquired into his work because it seemed contrary to what I believed at the time. His website is www.dnaofsuccess.com and there are free downloads on the website.
Does anyone have any thoughts on Jack M. Zufelt?

Hmmm.... Interesting....

I find it curious that Brian Tracy, another self-help guru had a quote on Jack's website. I've read alot of Brian Tracy and it seems strange he endorses a method that contradicts his own. Brian Tracy is all about goal setting and affirmations.

I've noticed a lot of these gurus seem to recommended each other. Almost if they all belong to some sort of self-help guru union....

This sounds like soo many others who have tried affirmations, visualizations and other self help techniques and when it did not work for them they try to disprove it for a "better" method. Sounds like snake oil to me.
