I have never tried their products. But I can't believe that no one has ever talked about this CD called Vantage Quest. Find it at
I have been using it for a long time, especially when I get stressed out or I am looking for answers within. I have recommended it in a few posts, but no one ever comments back. I highly recommend it and they have a good website.

I haven't tried the higherbalance stuff, but I just received an offer in the mail with a LIFETIME money back guarantee. They must be very confident that it produces results.

The Higher Balance meditation basically guide you to place your fingers on the lower, middle and upper dan tiens (navel, heart, and third eye chakras). The intent is to open them after a few months of daily practice and eventually replace the tactile touch with just a mental focus.

I don't see why you need the CD to do that. You could just do the Small Universe meditation from Spring Forest Qigong or do Sri Siva's One Minute Meditation for a half hour.

I was planning to buy the CD's. Do you think it is a good buy. I have SFQ1 and SFQ2. Do you think that the Guided meditations will be a help for spiritual advancement ?

If you want to pay the prices that Higher Balance charges (which varies depending on which discount you get) and you have additional time to meditate, feel free to buy it. I always recommend using the muscle testing exercise from applied kinesiology to determine what is best for you to buy. It saves you money and time.

If its spiritual advancement you seek, join the crowd. If you want to take the SFQ route, you'll need to go beyond Levels I and II for that.

Hi

Can you tell me a little about Muscle Testing ? I am not familiar with the concept.
Does it have anything to do with the Power Vs Force author Dr David Hawkins ?. Please let me know some info on his philosphy.

Kind Regards

Johnny

Muscle testing is another name for applied kinesiology. See my post under FAQ about Applied Kinesiology. It was pioneered by Dr. John Diamond, author of Your Body Doesn't Lie. Advanced by Dr. David Hawkins, author of Orthomolecular Psychiatry (with Dr. Linus Pauling), Power vs. Force, The Eye of the I, and I: Reality and Subjectivity.
