So with Resiliency, I will be able to improve Self-esteem, self-confidence, and self-concept?
Just to confirm, self-concept will help me figure out and fill my inner void of confusion with actual solid structure of what I believe and want in life?

Any feedback on the Resiliency product is appreciated.

Maybe you'd be better off looking at Steve Andreas's new book about self-concept?

Just do a look for Steve Andreas on Amazon.com. Have only read parts ... but it looks really good to me.

Resiliency, on the other hand, has some stuff about self-concept in it, but it is much more geared at helping you develop the mindset, skills, and behaviors of a survivor. It's sort of informal guidlines on finding your own way of being a survivor. A trait of survivors is that they typically do things their own way ... except when they don't

As to your inner void of confusion (it sounds really cool, btw, where can I get one? sounds like an exciting place to visit, but maybe not to live there ... ... why wait? Just take a big bag full of a solid system of what you want in life (etc.) and dump it into the void of confusion (isn't void of confusion actually understanding? If you are void of confusion, then what do you have instead?).

Seriously, just imagine doing it, or feel it happen, and notice what happens.
