Recently someone mentioned that they were reading Neurospeak by Dr. Robert Masters. Can you please tell me a little bit more about this book and what did you get out of it? Thanks

Neurospeak is a combination of various techniques that creates changes in the body through you reading it.

The author uses his experience in Ericksonian hypnosis and the work of Moshe Feldenkrais in creating this work.

It's an interesting book, and depending on your responsiveness to hypnotic suggestion, you will notice changes occurring in your body as a result of reading the text and following the instructors.

The book works on the basis of ideomotor response. When it is suggested that your hand is moving up, to the extent that you create a vivid internal representation of that statement, your muscles in your body will react. Under hypnosis, certain people will have the experience of their hands actually rising from the mere statement "your hand is lifting." With this in mind, the author makes various statements about your body and the experience of your body.

The book is relatively inexpensive. If curious, check it out.
