I have been using Natural Brilliance Generator for healing. It probably wasn't Pauls intention. I have tightness in my joint and suffer from muscle spasm. Listening to NatBG with healing a part of my body as a goal is aleviating my ills. in fact any paraliminal sothes the pain but NatBG is clearly the best. Any idea why?

Often pain like tightness of the muscle is tension related, wanting to go ahead and holding yourself back at the same time. Using the Natural Brilliance Generator you're telling yourself the most beneficial thing to let go of that tension. "Release." Doesn't come up on the other Paraliminals

You know an interesting thing about some pains that started as a result of an accidents? They are very real but all in the mind. The doctors cannot find a physical cause and try to tell you to forget about it because it's "all in the mind". The fact is the pain is still very real. What they now realise is happening, the brain formed neural pathways that keep saying, pain here, pain here, pain here. It can get that bad that the usual medications have no effect. Even in some cases where there is cause to feel some pain it mind can exaggerage the amount of pain that is actually there. It creates a catch 22 situation. Knowing this fact and meditation, with relaxation techniques have been found control and reverse the problem. Meditation creates new Neural Pathways that take you out of the pain cycle over time.

Understanding this and the primary steps of Natural brilliance being "Release", notice, respond and witness in a continuous cycle. I can understand why Natural Brilliance Generator will have the most directly successful results.
