Hi,
I use holosync and like it.I also am enrolled in the online courses they offer from centerpointe given by bill harris. These courses teach you how to change your beliefs and install new ones that serve you better so you can create the reality you desire instead of creating your reality the way you normally do along with all the negative results you get.The first course is called the map of reality expander and I am on my 5th lesson.Bill harris asked us to list our values, or ask ourselves what is important to us to help us unciover our values. We then use the timeline process to target a belief we want to change.I found the whole process confusing and hard to do.I was unable to feel any emotions during the timeline process and did'nt feel i got anything out of it. I read on these forums somewhere that one of the paraliminals used the timeline process and iam curious if it is the same thing bill harris does in his course.I also was wondering if i could use the new belief generator to install my new beliefs instead of doing it the way bill harris does in his course.Looking at my finacial situation, i have asked myself what a person in my situation would have to belive to get these results.I then wrote down all of them i could come up with.can I use the belief paraliminal to change these and how long should it take for them to be replaced?

Thanks,
daphne

Yes you can do it instead of or as well as other techniques. You need to do what you think works best for you. One question you need to answer when you intend to do it this way, are you likely to follow through.

Even the reason that it's easier and I cannot be bothered doing it the long, writing, way that I will try it the easy way. If that is all you can see yourself doing then be honest with yourself and just do what you will do. Do not make intentions to do it the way that simply because it looks much more powerful if you know you are not likely to get around to it. Baby steps get you to where you want faster than overloading yourself with heavy work.

As far as the timeline with Bill's course, what I did was just look at the current feeling that I had. Usually this was some form of anxiety that wanted release but just go with the flow and use the whatever feeling that your experiencing at the time(no need to label it). Then, at a later stage, come back to your values. Sometimes (most times) you need to go through the course a couple of times to get the full gist of it all (I'm doing that now in fact).

Don't give up on the timeline. For me, its been especially good for overwhelm and releasing the subsequent emotions and feelings that come up.

Hi,

I'm on that online seminar as well.

I did find the timeline process confusing at first. Since I'm a French person and english is not my native language, I attributed the failure of the process to this. Finally, by going over it again, I realized that it was my personal resistance to change that was the source of the process not appearing to work.
I've had success with the timeline since, on a variety of issues. Some issues still resist, but it's maybe only a matter of persistence.

Sometimes, it takes some insight to realize that you have some underlying feeling that is sabotaging what you do, even with the best of good faith. This underlying feeling is the thing that must be dealt with first. Usually it's a feeling of fear, or concern for one's emotional safety.

Keep going, you'll finally pull through !

Erwan
