Now I sleep 6 hours per day.But I have heard many successful people like Anthony Robbins sleep 3~4 hours per day but still with full energy.What should I do to reduce my sleep time?

Necessity is the mother of invention. I sleep 3-4 hours most days and then periodically sleep for 8 hours one day. One thing that most people who have a record for sleeping only 4 hours or so at night is they nap during the day. When they have 30 to 45 minutes of free time in the afternoon, they nap in their chairs.

An alternative is to meditate 30 to 45 minutes in the afternoon. I cannot guarantee that it will help you to sleep less at night but many meditators find they need less night sleep.

Ok I know.I will try.
Can I nap in the bed ,is it fine?or it will effect the night sleep?

I use the bed ocassionally even climb into it proper If I plan an hour of sleep.

Sorry alex,I don't clearly understand your sentences.
And can you explain that why you choose a 8 hours sleep sometimes if you feel comfortable in 3~4 hours sleep?And How often you sleep 8 hours per month?

Why do I choose to sleep 8 hours occasionally. It's fun to dream or too cold to get up and I have nothing important planned and don't to turn on the heating.

Or... Because I feel like it

Sometimes never in a month sometimes 1 to 3 times in a month.

Thank you.Did you have a mind to reduce your sleep time or naturally it reduced?
I'm trying to reduce it step by step.Now I sleep 6 hours and have a 15min nap per day.Feel good as before.

Alex,I do thank your reply.I tried these days.But the result isn't satisfying.What I did:

1. 4:30 a.m. getting up.A cup of water.Workint till 5:40,and go out to take a canter.
2. Eat little meat and milk.
3. Drink 1.5L water per day.
4. Do a meditation at 10:00 p.m.
5. Go to bed at 10:30.take a self-hypnogenesis,Relax all my muscle.And fall asleep immediately.
6.Take a 20min nap at 1:00 p.m.

But When I getting up(Durint Dream).I feel comatose.And all the moring it seems a bag on my eyes.Only when a afternoon nap.I can get a full of energy.If I sleep until 6:30,I will feel a full of energy all day.
10:30~4:30 mens that I sleep 6 hours per day.Why I can't?
