Alex,I do thank your reply.I tried these days.But the result isn't satisfying.What I did:
1. 4:30 a.m. getting up.A cup of water.Workint till 5:40,and go out to take a canter.
2. Eat little meat and milk.
3. Drink 1.5L water per day.
4. Do a meditation at 10:00 p.m.
5. Go to bed at 10:30.take a self-hypnogenesis,Relax all my muscle.And fall asleep immediately.
6.Take a 20min nap at 1:00 p.m.
But When I getting up(Durint Dream).I feel comatose.And all the moring it seems a bag on my eyes.Only when a afternoon nap.I can get a full of energy.If I sleep until 6:30,I will feel a full of energy all day.
10:30~4:30 mens that I sleep 6 hours per day.Why I can't?
