You can get the Quietude CD from Centerpointe (www.centerpointe.com)
From my experience, the tape really works wonders, like all of centerpointe's products. Just don't use it too often - I found that you can get bored of it, then you have to put the tape aside for a bit.
Quietude will focus your concetration and get you into the accelerated learning state very quickly, so if you need something quick, say in the office or browsing through a bookstore, it can be very effective.
In one of the previous posts, Pete said that they don't include any light / sound machine technology with the photoreading course so that you don't become dependent on the product. Rather, you should learn to use your own internal resources to photoread. On that note, I did find that practising Qi Gong before photoreading and activating, say for about 10 minutes or so, really worked wonders. I know that performing Qi Gong excersises before a photoreading session may seem a bit excessive, but if you regularly practice Qi Gong, then you can schedule your main PR sessions around it.
Of course, you wouldn't do this everytime you photoread, but if you have a regular session your do the bulk of your reading, it might be a good idea.
If anyone else has had similar experiences, I'd love to hear about it.
