A question for all the advanced and master PR's out there.

Do you still do the positive affirmations before and after PRing or is the process so automatic that you don't think about it anymore?

I use them. I have tried photoreading without the closing affirmations and I found that my comprehension was not as good. I particularly like the part about finding how many ways that the information will support me. To me that's a very important mental cue.

As well the opening affirmation about stating your goal is important in anything that you do. Purpose driven activities are more effective.

With repetition those affirmations become second nature.

In relationship to Direct Learning where you supose to actvate during sleep, do you have a set of affirmations used to make activation more accurate, or effective (sort of speak) during sleep or you just simply used the set of positive affirmations of the PR book? because in the book comes with a series of affirmations that you suppose the record ans listen after you did the PR session. Also the book recommend to PR al least 5 book about the topic you want to work with, my question is ¿ do you PR the book every day or just once or every week, or how do you work this out?, specially when you're looking to overcome the self defeat behaviour. Thank you in advance
