How quickly should I go down each page while super reading? Should I maintain a soft gaze while super reading?

I'd like to improve my activation ability. I've tried super reading the entire book without dipping and then super reading the book again while allowing myself to dip. Can anyone suggest alternate ways of activating that might help me improve?

by the way, i love photo reading! it's hard to believe that being a beginner i read at about 1200 wpm (taking into account previewing, photo reading, super reading and dipping, and sometimes rapid reading!) I'm looking forward to improving!

One more thing, how many of you preview? I haven't tried not previewing before photo reading and was wondering if it might be worth my while.

Thanks,

Lassic

I'm a beginner photoreader, I've been using PR for about 2 months, and I think you should try different approches, not just super reading and dipping, you can do mind probing, skittering, or inclusive direct learning, not all techniques works the same in every person, for example for me combining skittering with rapid reading works fine in my technical books, and for pleasure reading probably direct learning, try different approaches. I have the pleasure of been one of the participants to the PR semminar dictated by Paul Scheele in México city, he told us that preview it is not necesary for all the books, intead he uses postviewing, this mean that after you PR a book do something similar to preview, but with a questioning approach and also keep it shor and simple, send questions to your inner mind of the topics of the book, and then activate the book next day. this so far has worked for me, I do SOMETIMES preview, PR, postview, activation and sometimes direct learning, or dream activation. Hopoefully this would help you somehow. See you
