Something just hit me. When flipping pages during PhotoReading, the right hand often gets tired of extensive flipping. So instead of turning the book over and flipping backward, with the right hand, turn the book over, go to the beginning, and flip forward with the left hand!

Just a thought.

Lomas,

As you progress with using PR, alot will hit you! Trust me!

As for flipping and your hand getting tired, I noticed at one point my shoulder would tire. I slowed the process of turning pages to about 1 - 1.5 seconds to allow time for the material to enter and allow recovery for my body so as to not tire as easily.

Being extemely relaxed and one with the book will also work wonders!

Time, practice and patience and the PR process will become second nature with no side effects being noticed! ( sore shoulder, tiring hands, headaches)

Remember, you're training your mind and body to read in an entirely different manner. It need's time to adjust ... and it will!

Lastly, it's great to see you playing with the system and trying out alternative methods to suit you ... that's what it's all about, finding out what works best for you!

Thank you immensely for the encouragement!
